Un libro che ci guida attraverso il controverso dibattito dell’originalità, concetto alla base del diritto d’autore, e che vede l’armonizzazione delle leggi sul copyright come un punto auspicabile ma allo stesso tempo difficilmente raggiungibile in tempi brevi.

Eleonora Rosati è un avvocato che vanta grande esperienza nelle materie di copyright, marchi e brevetti e internet. Insegna diritto della proprietà intellettuale presso l’University of Southampton. E’ membro  di The Copyright Society of the USA, BLA©a, ALAI Italy, e dell’ Association for Teaching and Research in Intellectual Property (ATRIP).
